At HippiOra, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During product launches, sales, or holiday periods, processing times may be longer.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
International shipping may become available in the future.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges required by their country.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and are subject to the advertised terms.
Free pickup and local delivery are available in London, Ontario. We'll contact you after your order is confirmed to arrange a pickup time or delivery details.
Addresses outside London use the shipping methods and rates available during checkout.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number (when available).
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
If your package appears lost, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
If your package arrives damaged:
